We want you and your puppy to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange your purchase or provide you with a store credit.

*WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUSMTANCE . ONLY EXCHANGES

*  We will allow exchanges within 7 days form when order was received

* Items that are returned will received a STORE CREDIT ONLY 

* Item must be unused and in the same condition that was received

* Store credit must be used in one single order in its entirely

* Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us and for new item

*No returns or exchanges allowed for overseas orders

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
